These part-time school-age children may be cared for in a family child care home on a full-day basis during school closing days, remote-learning days, snow days, and vacation days which occur during the school year... All child care providers shall follow guidance issued by the Agency of Commerce and Community Development and VDH to ensure all children and employees are safe and healthy.
