Operative words

1. that Executive Order 79-20 is hereby terminated and of no further effect; 2. that all doctors, nurses, staff, and employees working at nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the State who are not yet fully vaccinated against COVID-19 shall be tested for COVID-19 at least twice a week until the issuance of a subsequent order modifying, amending, or terminating this Order; and 3. that those doctors, nurses, staff, and employees... who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are not required to be tested at least twice a week for COVID-19, but... should continue to follow the recommendations for testing published by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
