Operative words
Starting today, June 28, 2021, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will resume in-person services for several popular residential and commercial customer programs that were suspended in March 2020 as part of the department's response to COVID-19 in order to protect the health and safety of customers, employees and contractors.
