Operative words

Washington is once again selling fishing licenses to out-of-state residents... Washington suspended non-resident fishing license sales in late April.... Gov. Jay Inslee's 'Stay Home, Stay Healthy' order expired May 31, but Washington continues to take a phased approach to reopening the state.

Enforcement

RCW 77.15 (fishing without a valid licence)

Notes

Pairs with Oregon's non-resident closure (Exs. 020-021): both Pacific Northwest States excluded non-resident anglers in spring 2020.
