Effective Date of Rule: Immediately upon filing. Purpose: Chapter 246-358 WAC, Temporary worker housing... [DOH] and L&I filed the initial emergency rules on May 13, 2020, WSR 20-11-024 and 20-11-025 respectively. As the [pandemic continued, in] response to the governor's guidance, DOH and L&I filed subsequent emergency rules on September 10, 2020 [and January 8, 2021, and revised them May 7, 2021 to relax] distancing for fully vaccinated individuals. (1) Updates the requirements related to fully vaccinated occupants as follows: (a) Cloth face coverings do not apply to fully vaccinated occupants.
