Notes
The assignment described this order as the DBPR vacation-rental suspension of Mar. 27, 2020. The order's text does not concern vacation rentals; the Florida vacation-rental prohibition of Mar. 27, 2020 is Governor DeSantis's Executive Order 20-87 (Ex. FL-016), extended by EO 20-103 (Ex. FL-020) and EO 20-111 (Ex. FL-021) and released county by county under DBPR-approved safety plans from EO 20-123 (Ex. FL-027). DBPR EOs 2020-09 and 2020-10 (Exs. FL-036, FL-046) concern on-premises alcohol sales.
