Operative words
The Governor has ordered that immediate implementation of social distancing and community mitigation measures are necessary to slow the spread of COVID-19. The OLCC is making temporary changes to help licensees during this period.... OLCC has created a streamlined application process for existing Limited On-Premises Sales and Full On-Premises Sales Licensees (restaurants & bars) to start selling malt beverages, wine and cider to go. Qualified licensees can apply for a 90-day Authority to Operate (ATO) with an Off-Premises Sales license.
