Operative words

On December 03, 2020, Governor Kate Brown issued Executive Order 20-66 to implement the new Risk and Protection Framework.... Indoor on-premises consumption allowed at 50% of maximum capacity. Outdoor on-premises consumption allowed at a 300 person maximum.... Indoor and outdoor party size is limited to 8 individuals.... Capacity limits apply to all individuals on the premises--patrons, performers, staff, etc.
