Operative words
Governor Gregg Abbott issued Executive Order GA-34 on March 2, 2021 effective March 10, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. which, among other provisions, (1) removes operating limits for any business or other establishment (including state offices)... As result of Governor Abbott's issuance of Executive Order GA-34, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles' Temporary Order signed by the Presiding Officer and effective February 22, 2021 is hereby rescinded, and is no longer in effect.
