Operative words

WHEREAS, in accordance with Paragraph 11 of Executive Order No. 157 (2020), the Division has adopted the CANJ protocols as the baseline and minimum standards that each Atlantic City casino is required to meet or exceed in order to reopen its premises to the public;... IT IS on this 29 day of JUNE, 2020, ORDERED that the standards established for reopening, as set forth in the CANJ protocols set the baseline, minimum standard by which all individual Atlantic City casino reopening plans will be considered, reviewed, approved, and published.
