WHEREAS, on the 15th day of December 2020, the Louisiana Gaming Control Board by Covid-19 Emergency Order No. 18, extended the deadline for reaching total employment and minimum payroll conditions and requirements to March 31, 2021;... IT IS, THEREFORE, HEREBY ORDERED that, effective immediately, Covid-19 Emergency Order No. 18 is amended in its entirety as follows: All casino gaming establishments... shall... be open to the public and conducting gaming operations... subject to the following: 1. All restrictions and requirements for reopening and continued operation imposed by state and local authorities must be met; 2.
