Operative words

IT IS on this 16th day of March, 2020, ORDERED that the retail casino wagering and retail sports wagering operations of the nine casino licensees and retail sports wagering operations of the two racetrack retail sports wagering licensees shall be suspended at 8:00 p.m. on March 16, 2020;... IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that casino, simulcast facilities and retail sports wagering lounges shall not reopen, and gaming and wagering activities shall not recommence, until the Director of the Division vacates the suspension of those operations by written order.
