Operative words

Accordingly, the Director waives California Code of Regulations, title 16, section 1387, subdivisions (b)(4) and (c)(2), and section 1387.3, subdivision (c)(1) to the extent they require supervision of trainees to be 'face-to-face.' Supervision may be conducted via appropriate electronic means. This order is effective immediately but may be amended as circumstances require. This order terminates 60 days from the date of the order, unless further extended.
