Operative words

Accordingly, the Director waives California Code of Regulations, title 16, section 2021.3, subdivision (a), to the extent it requires the curriculum on regionally specific and important diseases and conditions to be presented 'face-to-face' in the state. This order is effective immediately but may be amended as circumstances require. This order terminates 60 days from the date of the order, unless further extended.
