Operative words
Accordingly, for individuals whose active licenses expire between March 31, 2020, and October 31, 2020, the Director temporarily waives: 1. any statutory or regulatory requirement that individuals renewing a license pursuant to Division 2 of the Code take and pass an examination in order to [renew; and 2. any continuing-education requirement].
