Operative words

hereby ORDER and DIRECT the following:... i. The facility plans for potential future surges shall be guided by the following documents... the following shall be followed when resuming services:... v. COVID-19 PPE policies and procedures shall be in place for health care [personnel]... Facilities shall implement the following disinfection and cleaning protocols... i. Staff shall be screened per Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) [guidance]... c. Scheduling must be coordinated to promote social distancing... test performed by the laboratory must be for viral detection... v. All visitors must comply with all reasonable requirements imposed by the [facility].
