Operative words
It is hereby ordered, that 16 Del. Admin. C. § 3201: Skilled and Intermediate Care Nursing Facilities, specifically, lines 2.21, 5.5.9, 8.3.1 and Section 6.11, which expand definitions, documentation, emergency preparedness, and testing requirements, is temporarily modified [as shown]... 6.11 Specific Requirements for COVID-19. 6.11.1 Residents. 6.11.1.1 All residents should be tested upon identification of another resident with symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or if facility staff have tested positive for COVID-19.... [6.11.2 staff testing consistent with Division of Public Health guidance; results documented and reported]... This Emergency Order shall take effect on June 1, 2020.
