C. 3201: Skilled and Intermediate Care Nursing Facilities, specifically, Subsections 2.21, 5.5.9, 6.11, and 8.3.1, which expand definitions, documentation, emergency preparedness, and testing requirements, is temporarily modified as shown by [underline]... 6.11 Specific Requirements for COVID-19. 6.11.1 Residents. 6.11.1.1 All residents should be tested upon identification of another resident with symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or if facility staff have tested positive for COVID-19....
