[The Governor's] executive order authorized remote notarizations during the state of emergency and also provided guidelines for remotely notarizing documents during this time. Please be advised that [title insurance producers may conduct] remote settlements so long as the settlement agent follows the guidelines as they are outlined in [the executive order].
