Operative words

A. While this Order is in effect, all Carriers shall cover consultations related to receiving vaccination against COVID-19 as preventive services as provided in this Order. B. Carriers shall not require copayments, deductibles, or other forms of cost sharing, unless the [plan is a qualifying high-deductible plan]... This Order shall remain in effect until August 20, 2021, subject to the further order of the Insurance Commissioner extending its effect.
