Operative words
Image-only PDF; text not extractable. DBPR's contemporaneous FAQ (Ex. 005) states: 'The Order extends the time an applicant or a licensee has to complete the end-of-course examination for pre-licensing and post-licensing courses to December 31, 2020.'
Enforcement
Commission order under ch. 475; renewal conditions
Notes
The Commission adopted the universal hardship exemption because 'many real estate schools were closed and unable to give end-of-examination tests due to the disruption of COVID-19' (Ex. 005). DBPR Emergency Order 2020-07 (May 31, 2020; AGY-ST-ALCOHOL-049) implemented the corresponding renewal extension.
