Operative words

Accordingly, for individuals whose licenses expire between March 31, [2020], and July 31, 2021, the Director temporarily waives any statutory or [regulatory requirement that an individual renewing a license pursuant to] Division 3 of the Code complete, or demonstrate compliance with, any [continuing education].... The October 22, 2020, December 15, 2020, February 26, 2021, and March 30, 2021, orders are hereby withdrawn and rescinded.
