Operative words

Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Orders N-40-20, N-75-20, and N-08-21, [the Director of the Department of] Consumer Affairs may, for licensing agencies within the Department, waive any [statutory or regulatory continuing education requirements pertaining to] individuals licensed pursuant to Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code. Accordingly, for individuals whose licenses expire between March 31, 2020, and September 30, 2021, the Director temporarily waives any statutory or regulatory requirement that an individual renewing a license pursuant to Division 3 of the [Code complete, or demonstrate compliance with, any continuing education].
