Operative words

Accordingly, for individuals whose licenses expire between October 1, 2021, and October 31, 2021, the Director temporarily waives any statutory or regulatory requirement that an individual renewing a license pursuant to Division 3 of the [Code complete, or demonstrate compliance with, any continuing education].... These waivers are effective immediately but may be amended as [circumstances require].
