Operative words
The Supreme Court of California issued an order on February 26 announcing that the July 2021 bar exam will be administered remotely.... The Louisiana Supreme Court issued an order on April 8 that the July 2021 exam will be administered remotely. The one-day remote exam will be administered on July 26.... The Michigan Supreme Court issued an order on April 21 directing that the July 2021 exam be administered remotely.... The New York Board of Law Examiners announced on March 5 that it will administer the July 2021 exam remotely.... On March 5, the Supreme Court of Washington issued an order authorizing the Washington State Bar Association to administer the July 2021 exam remotely. The Court also temporarily lowered the minimum passing score to 266.
