Operative words
Cash collections will resume on the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway on the morning of Tuesday, May 19th. All tolls have been collected either by E-ZPass or by the temporary toll-by-mail process since March 24th when cash collections were suspended as a precaution against the spread of COVID-19.... When toll collectors return to the booths, they will be wearing gloves, face masks, and plastic face shields.
Enforcement
Toll-by-mail invoices for the period remain payable by their due dates to avoid administrative fees
