Operative words
Beginning May 11, all airlines serving PDX will require their passengers to wear face coverings while traveling.... All PDX airline lounges are closed at this time.... The PDX Conference Center has temporarily suspended operations (effective March 17). The children's play areas are closed (as of March 18). The Customs and Border Protection Trusted Traveler Enrollment Center at PDX has suspended operations until at least June 1.... Gov. Kate Brown's announcement restricting food and beverage operations in Oregon impacts the sit-down restaurants at PDX. Airport counter-service restaurants, grab-and-go services and coffee stands are considered takeout. The Governor's Stay Home, Save Lives order does allow for us to continue to operate PDX as critical infrastructure for the region. This includes PDX concessions, which can continue to provide takeout.... All Port of Portland staff who have to perform their work at PDX must wear face coverings to protect those around them.... All contractors who are continuing construction at PDX have submitted safety plans and have been instructed to follow public health guidelines, including physical distancing requirements.
