Operative words
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Cyrus Ben, Chief of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, pursuant to the authority of Section VI(1)(b) of Ordinance 50-A, find it necessary to declare a second extension of the Executive Order and State of Emergency Proclamation initially declared on March 15, 2020. All departments, offices, and programs of the Tribe shall continue to render all possible assistance and discharge their emergency responsibilities as set forth in Ordinance 50-A, and I further direct that tribal departments, offices and programs continue to follow all administrative and executive orders and take all necessary steps to seek federal assistance as may be available.
