Operative words
WHEREAS, this third extension of the initial Executive Order and State of Emergency Proclamation shall expire five (5) days from the date of issuance, unless renewed as provided by Ordinance 50-A; NOW, THEREFORE, I, Cyrus Ben, Chief of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, pursuant to the authority of Section VI(1)(b) of Ordinance 50-A, find it necessary to declare a third extension of the Executive Order and State of Emergency Proclamation initially declared on March 15, 2020.
