Each cruise line has instituted their own safety protocols and screening procedures for guests and crew members. Additionally, the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), in conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), established protocols for the detection of the virus and will review them on a case-by-case basis. The USCG Captain of the Port will continue to evaluate each case with the CDC... [PortMiami is working with] Jackson Health System to handle any port users suspected of carrying the virus.
