Operative words

7. Hospitals and similar institutions. Effective May 3, 2021, all Hospitals and Nursing Home/Long Term Care Facilities... shall ensure that each patient or resident may be accompanied by caregivers or receive visits from visitors subject to reasonable restrictions... consistent with the current guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).... 8. Duration. This Order shall remain in full force and effect until 11:59 P.M. on May 31, 2021, unless extended, rescinded, or modified in writing before that time.
