Operative words
Effective immediately, face coverings will be required for all visitors inside City of Birmingham indoor facilities. This also applies to those who've been vaccinated against COVID-19. Facial coverings, while in city facilities, can only be removed when eating or drinking.... this applies to but is not limited to City Hall, police precincts, fire stations, community centers, museums, and all other City venues. This Executive Order will be effective on July 30, 2021, and will remain in effect until December 31, 2021, unless otherwise revoked or extended.
