This revised Executive Order will be effective on September 27, 2021, and will remain in effect until December 31, 2021, unless otherwise revoked or extended.... a) When an employee reports to work, the employee is self-certifying that the employee exhibits no signs or symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to: Fever of 100.4 degrees or higher, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Chills, Muscle pain, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea
