Declare that a State of Emergency exists in Arizona due to the COVID-19 outbreak, effective March 11, 2020; and... Authorize the Director of the Arizona Department of Health Services to coordinate all matters pertaining to the public health emergency response of the State in accordance with A.R.S. Title 36, Chapter 6, Article 9

Notes

The declaration recites that it 'will be eligible for termination upon the resolution of the outbreak as determined by the Arizona Department of Health Services'; it remained in force through Sept. 30, 2021.
