All licensed hospitals as defined in A.A.C. R9-10-101, shall activate their facility emergency plan... shall implement triage processes... shall institute plans to optimize staffing levels... shall evaluate their current capacity and develop a plan to increase their bed capacity by 50% by April 24, 2020, with the first 25% implemented by April 10, 2020

Notes

Insurers must reimburse surge-bed stays at licensed-bed rates; pediatric hospitals to accept patients to age 21.
