Operative words

'SEC. 4. Section 6409.6 is added to the Labor Code, to read: 6409.6. (a) If an employer or representative of the employer receives a notice of potential exposure to COVID-19, the employer shall take all of the following actions within one business day of the notice of potential exposure' (written notice to employees, exclusive representatives and subcontracted employers; notice of benefits and of the disinfection and safety plan; notice to the local public health agency of outbreaks).
