Operative words

[the emergencies] are further extended through May 20, 2021.... The number of persons permitted at a large gathering outdoors is fifty (50) persons. The number of persons permitted indoors... may not exceed ten (10) persons... Modifications include the removal of the provision strongly encouraging telework at non-essential, non-retail businesses. Business shall implement plans to safely increase the presence of on-site employees and contractors, in compliance with public health guidance... Non-essential retail businesses are limited to no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of their capacity... or two hundred fifty (250) persons, whichever is fewer... Bars, nightclubs, and mixed-use facilities shall remain closed, except to the extent that they are operating as a food licensed establishment... The indoor occupancy of restaurants and other licensed food establishments is twenty-five percent (25%)... or no more than two hundred fifty (250) persons... Restaurants... may operate for patrons until midnight, and allow sales, service, and consumption of alcohol... until midnight.... Indoor group fitness classes are permitted with up to ten (10) persons... High-contact sports... are prohibited... Places of worship may admit no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of their capacity... or two hundred fifty (250) persons, whichever is fewer.... Individuals who are fully vaccinated are not required to self-quarantine or test

D.C. Official Code 7-2307 penalties including civil fines or summary suspension or revocation of licenses; Communicable and Preventable Diseases Act penalties and injunctive relief reserved; City Administrator may issue penalty regulations; not applied to federal employees on duty (sec. XV)
