Operative words
'Sections E, H, I, M, N and O are hereby modified, effective Monday, November 23, 2020 at 8:00 a.m.' § H: 'an indoor gathering of more than 10 people who do not reside at that property shall [be prohibited]'; 'Face coverings are required... at all times while indoors at an exercise facility.' § N.2: 'Indoor gatherings or events at any business or indoor space open to the public of up to the lesser of thirty percent (30%) stated fire occupancy [or fifty (50) people]... and private indoor gatherings or events of up to ten (10) persons (e.g. dinner parties...)'; § N (Food and Drink): 'the total number of guests within an establishment... shall not exceed thirty percent (30%) of stated fire occupancy'; bar seating 'limited to parties of two.' § N.3: outdoor gatherings over fifty prohibited absent a DPH-approved plan for up to 250. Recital: 'social gatherings and events of fifty (50) or more persons' and gatherings 'in private residences' are drivers of transmission.
