Operative words

'Section N is hereby modified, effective November 6, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. E.D.T.' to strike the beach-area bar restrictions of July 3, 2020 while keeping the statewide rules: patrons must wear 'face coverings upon entering and exiting and when getting' up; establishments must ensure patrons 'do not gather while waiting to be seated'; 'Takeout can still' continue. Recited in the Tenth Revision: 'to lift additional restrictions on bar service in beach towns' (DE-036 at 1).
