Operative words

'A comprehensive infection control and prevention program based upon guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention... is imperative'; § 6.0 'which expand infection prevention and control program requirements' is temporarily modified to require a plan 'that result[s] in immediate action to take preventive or corrective measures that improve the hospital's infection control outcomes.' 'This Emergency Order shall take effect on July 1, 2021 and shall remain in effect for 120 days.... It is hereby ordered, this 17th day of June, 2021.'
