Operative words
§ 6.10 Infection Control as modified: the facility's committee 'shall be to manage the infection control program in the facility. One member of the committee program shall be designated the infection control coordinator'; 'The infection control coordinator... must: maintain records of all' infections and implement a plan 'that... improve[s] the nursing facility's infection control outcomes'; 'The infection control committee shall establish the infection control training.' 'This Emergency Order shall take effect on July 1, 2021 and shall remain in effect for 120 days.... It is hereby ordered, this 25th day of June, 2021.'
