What it required

Brought the federal COVID-19 Healthcare ETS (29 C.F.R. 1910.502: written COVID-19 plan, patient screening and management, PPE and respirators, aerosol-generating-procedure controls, physical distancing, barriers, cleaning, ventilation, health screening and medical management, paid leave for vaccination and its side effects, training, recordkeeping and reporting) into force for Alaska health-care employers for the whole of the third quarter of 2021.

Retrieval note

The file is 22 MB because the directive attaches the full ETS text and preamble. AKOSH Program Directive 22-04 later addressed the retained recordkeeping provision, 29 C.F.R. 1910.502(q) (not saved). The federal ETS itself is held in the Federal folder of the Orders Library (Ex. FED-080; its Dec. 27, 2021 status statement is Ex. FED-085).
