What it required

Every county and municipal COVID-19 emergency order (capacity limits, curfews, mask and sanitation protocols) became law binding on every person when filed with the clerk, and 'All existing laws, ordinances, and rules inconsistent with' the Act or any order under it 'shall be suspended during the period of time and to the extent that such conflict exists.'
