Continued operation of salons, barbershops, massage, bowling alleys, pool halls, tattoo establishments and every close-contact indoor business was conditioned on requiring masks of staff and patrons; child care centers 'shall require all staff to use masks'; gyms 'shall require six (6) feet of distance between patrons'; gatherings cut to 25 percent with plan approval 'BEFORE reopening'; hospitals to reserve 10 percent of beds; exposed persons 'shall home-Isolate' or quarantine; the order is 'binding and enforceable regardless of any Directed Health Measure(s) issued by Local Health Departments or municipalities'.
