Retrieval noteNRS 447.210(1): 'Every proprietor, owner, manager, lessee or other person in charge of any hotel in this state who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter or any of the provisions of the regulations hereby established whether through the acts of himself or herself, his or her agent or employees is guilty of a misdemeanor.' NRS 447.190: 'The health authority is charged with the enforcement of this chapter.' SB 4 (Ex. NV-054) built its COVID-19 public-accommodation duties (ss. 2-15, cleaning standards, distancing protocols, employee testing and paid time off, response plans, enforcement by the health authority and the Gaming Control Board) on this chapter and amended NRS 447.210 in conforming part; DHHS implemented them by emergency regulation NAC ch. 447E (Ex. NV-053: 'The public accommodation facility must establish standards for cleaning that are designed to reduce the transmission of SARS-CoV-2'). The SB 4 sections expired by their own terms and are not in the current chapter text; they are cited from Ex. NV-054. Chapter page renders at about 7 pages.
