Operative words

Permit suspension or revocation and closure by the local health officer under chapter 246-215 WAC Part 8; misdemeanor under RCW 70.05.120(4) for violating State Board of Health rules
What it required
Places on the person in charge of every restaurant, bar, grocery and food establishment a standing duty to monitor handwashing, sanitizing and employee health reporting, the sanitary-code baseline into which the DOH and L&I eating-and-drinking-establishment requirements (Ex. WA-104) were written.
