Operative words
1910.502(l) medical removal protection: employer must remove employees who are COVID-19 positive, suspected, or who had close contact, and (l)(5) continue pay and benefits up to $1,400 per week; 1910.502(m): 'The employer must support COVID-19 vaccination for each employee by providing reasonable time and paid leave (e.g., paid sick leave, administrative leave) to each employee for vaccination and any side effects experienced following vaccination.' 'Compliance dates:... by July 6, 2021 [and]... by July 21, 2021.'
