Operative words
This Order shall not apply to persons employed by the airlines and those performing military, emergency or health response. This Order shall take effect immediately and apply retroactively to all persons who have entered Florida after being in any area with substantial community spread... Pursuant to section 252.47, Florida Statutes, I hereby direct all state, county and local law enforcement authorities to enforce this Order.
Enforcement
Second-degree misdemeanor: imprisonment up to 60 days, fine up to $500, or both; law enforcement to report violators to the Department of Health; isolating persons bear all costs
