Operative words

D. Judges and court personnel who can effectively conduct court and judicial branch business from a remote location shall do so.... A. Jury Proceedings and Jury Trials. All grand jury proceedings, jury selection proceedings, and criminal and civil jury trials shall remain suspended.... (1) All circuit and county courts shall continue to perform essential... proceedings... [Non-essential proceedings] shall be conducted remotely using telephonic or other electronic means [where they] can be effectively conducted... the requirement that a writ of possession be issued 'forthwith' remains suspended... In lieu of in-person visitation, visitation shall be conducted through [remote means] (chapter 39 cases)
