Operative words

Accordingly, the Executive Director of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles authorizes the following: Extend the effective period of driver licenses and identification cards with expiration dates of March 16, 2020, to April 15, 2020, for thirty (30) days. Waive the delinquent renewal fees during the extension period for these driver licenses and identification cards. This order shall expire on the earlier of the expiration or rescission of Executive Order 20-52, unless extended by me.
